Midnight Scribble

Don't write poetry, if you have a choice to read it, Don't act, rather watch a play,  every time you're presented a choice. For every chance of learning from artists is a joy you must experience, a memory you must register, an inspiration that'll enforce the burning desire of expression  within you and present you with strength to write your poetry and enact your own story. - Gagandeep Singh Vaid

midnight reflections

a blank slate of life is you.  a picture without emotions is you.  a motionless bird in the sky is you.  still you dare to exist, someone special is you!

Yours truly

Art keeps us sane, Expression unwinds us,  Belief strengthens us, Clutter examines us; Yet we exist in our  displeasure & hope, for every day better  than yesterday.  Every struggle lesser than what we have already felt.  We exist  because we believe the best of us is yet to come. -- Gagandeep

homecoming.

the night echoes in silence it’s voice is heard at the far shores of the sea the mariner smells the homecoming of sunny spells of atmospheric bliss. he sits down by the shore wondering about the good old days when nature came at even hours until the revolution paved its way with people getting busier engrossed by the screens industries fuming wastes into expanse of the seas trees getting chopped off to feed the humanity.  oh we have come so far he smiled by himself and took on his vehicle  into the sea in the dark of night he could not wait  but meet his lover the voice of the night  in his favourite season. - gagandeep singh vaid

My watchful eyes for you

I think I had known you, Even before I heard your voice  for the first time- I think I had seen you When I say, I had seen you- I never mean that I saw your face, What I mean is, that I felt  your touch, in the pearls of wisdom which generated in my heart, whenever I sat alone or was lost, I found you sitting next to me. In my good times- you were my companion, In my bad times- you were my optimism, For, companions can often support us in following a wrong path- where we are treading, but optimism would connect us, to humanity. I had to figure out right or wrong, I had to figure out who I was? And your presence gave me all answers, helping me form a bond with you, a bond that is faceless,  yet has the most breath-taking persona, a face I try to find through the light and resonance of the winds, in this fast moving world, I long to meet you, and tell you that I respect you the most; and searching...
